If you have ordered a product, it is sent and processed directly to a distribution center. We can not stop the shipment, this is an automatic process. If you order a product from us on working days before 16:00, your order will usually be delivered at home the next day. The delivery time of an order is a maximum of two days. If you order a product at the weekend, your order will be delivered on a Monday or Tuesday.

Do you want to be sure that you are at home on the day your order is delivered? Then it is possible to change the delivery time. This can be done before 16:00 on the day you ordered a product.

Our delivery staff handle your order with care. Is the ordered product damaged or broken? Then you can return it within fourteen days to the return address of Bonusdiscountclub. Return conditions apply. You can only return a damaged product if it is unpacked in its original packaging. Also state the reason for the return, so that we can send you a new product immediately.
